Hansken Case Operator Training

Practical information for the physical operator workshop

Who should attend?

The Hansken course for Case Operators is intended for those who are (will be) involved in:

• creating cases in Hansken;
• import (upload) evidence files;
• extract traces.

Blended training

This training is a so called 'blended training', which means it consists of 2 parts:

• Part I - e-learning - duration about 3-4 hours. Trainees learn the basics at own pace and convenience with affordable anytime, anywhere access to training from a computer and ask your questions.
• Part II - physical workshop (this training) - duration about ½ day. This workshop gives trainees access to a skilled instructor to maximize learning through asking questions, class discussion, and networking.

Preparation: follow the e-learning

A condition for participation in the physical workshop is that you have sufficient basic knowledge. This can can be achieved by your own practice or by following the e-learning ‘Hansken for Case Operator’.

• The basic knowledge is described in the attached brochure on page 2 under What skills/knowledge/functionalities will you master upon completion?
• You can find the e-learning on the learning portal/in the learning offer within your own organization.

Bring your questions!

• The training is partially based on the attendees' questions. As a result, the content of each training is closely tied to the learners' experiences.
• Please bring questions about the e-learning or issues you encounter when performing tasks as a Hansken Operator. You can submit them at the start of the workshop.
• Attached you will find the presentation of the physical workshop training.
