We are happy to meet all Hansken Community members at the 2nd Hansken Quarterly of 2024, on Thursday July 4th! We will find out more about all new Hansken developments in a summer vibe.

Join us at the 2nd Hansken Quarterly of 2024 on the 4th of July!

Theme and program

This edition, the theme is ‘It’s Summertime!’ We have a light program: in the morning, an update of everything that is happening in Hansken and developments at the partners (HUH+). In the afternoon, we will have four sub sessions where people with the same interests/backgrounds can meet and discuss their subjects. In the time in between, there will be plenty of room to find each other and enjoy the outside, games, food, and drinks.

Program outline:

  • 09.00 – 9.30 – Walk-in with coffee/tea/cookies
  • 09.30 – 12.00 CET – for everyone joining Teams: an update about Hansken developments (as in the HUH) and updates from partners – including a break around 10.45 o’clock
  • 12.00 – 13.00 – Lunch and time for leisure at (not in) the water 😊
  • 13.00 – 15.00 – Afternoon program featuring:
    1. Session about Hansken infra structure
    2. Interactive live demo for tactical investigators
    3. Session for Hansken case operators
    4. Session on working together on Hansken Community products
    5. And some practice for the agile skills: the Hansken Agile Games!
  • 15.00 – 17.00 –Drinks, bites and the Hansken pubquiz!

Location

We will again meet in the middle of the Netherlands, at a location with a pleasant summery vibe: ‘De Utrechtse Stadsvrijheid’ (Sophialaan 1, Utrecht). With a beach at the Amsterdam-Rijnkanaal, it is a perfect place where we can relax and network.

(But please note: we cannot swim there, because of the strong current and large cargo ships…)

How to get there?

  • By car: there are enough free parking spaces @DUS.
  • Public transport:
    • Option 1: take the train to Utrecht Central, take bus 3 to the stop ‘Muyskenweg’, then have a 10-minute walk (check the site for the route).
    • Option 2: take the train to Maarssen station, where we will arrange for our own shuttle bus in the morning and at the end of the event. Location of the bus and times of departure will follow in the week before the HQ.
